Sandstone Strategies was founded by a Caribbean consultant with a background in growing the organizational design, strategy, and management portfolio of an international environmental management firm. That experience working with global foundations, Indigenous and community-led organizations, and public institutions across regions, reinforced the value of pairing global insight with local understanding.

Sandstone was created to bring that perspective home. As a boutique consulting firm based in the Caribbean, we offer tailored, mission-aligned support to organizations advancing climate, conservation, human rights, and sustainable development outcomes.
